Wolfberry is rich in wolfberry polysaccharide (straight-chain starch), custard, zeaxanthin, physalein, ascorbic acid, carotene, riboflavin, nicotine, thiamine, betaine, taurine and other vitamins and 19 amino acids, as well as 21 minerals.
